There's no free tier; plans start at $20/mo. Builds are unlimited on every plan because they run on your own machine, and finding leads through Free maps is free and unlimited too. What you pay for is managed Google discovery, publishing and hosting, and your account across devices. Agencies routinely charge hundreds to a few thousand per site, so a single closed deal covers your plan for months.
